Products and product information
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products, ingredients, directions, images, sizes and pricing accurately. Because Bonafide Butter is made in small batches using naturally derived butters and oils, minor differences in colour, texture, scent intensity or firmness may occur from batch to batch and with temperature changes.

Prices and currency
Prices on the website are shown in Canadian dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges, taxes and any other charges we collect are shown before you place your order. For U.S. deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges or other government and carrier fees may apply as described in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, delivery restrictions or a product becoming unavailable. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount we collected for that cancelled order.
Before you submit an order, checkout gives you an opportunity to review the products, quantities, delivery information and charges and to correct errors. After an order is placed, we provide an order confirmation that can be retained for your records.
Payment
Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy practices and security procedures. We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our website.
